Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based out of St. Charles, IL. The Construction Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget while adhering to safety regulations. This role involves leading on-site teams, coordinating with project managers, managing resources, monitoring progress, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the construction process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Construction Site Management and ensuring adherence to timelines and project goals
Strong knowledge of Construction Safety practices and protocols
Excellent Organization Skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively
Budgeting skills and the capacity to monitor costs and optimize resource allocation
Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and problem-solving
Effective leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in relevant construction management software is an asset
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
