With over 30,000 contacts in our database, consistent deal flow (100+ closed deals per year on average) and sharp marketing, we’re building something that stands out — and we’re looking for ambitious agents who want in.
What We’re Looking For We’re hiring a
Licensed Real Estate Agent
who is hungry to grow, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional service. You’ll plug into a proven framework with access to leads, training, mentorship, and support. We’ll provide the structure, LISTINGS, and LEADS — you bring the energy, discipline, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Work inbound leads generated by the team from our marketing, farming, and database campaigns
Conduct buyer/renter consultations and property showings throughout NYC
Prospect your own network and develop your personal brand with our guidance
Follow up consistently using our CRM (Follow Up Boss) and team scripts
Attend weekly team meetings, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and occasional events
Work on rental listings, open houses, board packages, and transaction coordination
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Mobile - has a car or mode of transportation; can easily get through Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens
Coachable, proactive, and goal-oriented — you take ownership
Comfortable using tech (CRM, Compass tools, Google Workspace)
Understands or willing to learn Manhattan and Brooklyn submarkets
Values consistency, teamwork, and personal growth
Bonus: Lives in NYC or nearby and has some rental or sales experience
