
Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney

Our client, a well-established law firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut, is seeking a senior Real Estate Associate to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong transactional attorney who is interested in stepping into a meaningful role managing active client matters while positioning themselves to eventually lead and expand the firm’s real estate practice.
The firm has an established client base and a steady pipeline of sophisticated real estate work. The incoming associate will work closely with firm leadership and play a key role in handling transactions, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the long-term growth of the practice.
Responsibilities
Manage a broad range of commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transactional materials
Handle due diligence, title and survey review, and closing coordination
Serve as a primary contact for existing real estate clients and manage ongoing matters
Work closely with firm leadership to support the continued expansion of the real estate practice
Qualifications
Approximately 6 to 10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm
Strong experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions
Ability to independently manage deals and maintain strong client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping grow and eventually lead a practice group
Connecticut bar admission preferred or ability to obtain admission
