Role Summary This position focuses on:
Purchase Order generation under awarded contracts
In-person engagement with County officials
This is a relationship-based role, not traditional cold sales.
What You’ll Do
Engage County procurement officers and Road & Bridge departments
Schedule in-person meetings to present our contract capabilities
Promote active agreements and encourage usage
Maintain regular follow-ups to secure POs
Serve as the local face of GDI in the Dallas region
Track contract activity and growth opportunities
Ideal Candidate
Experience in B2G marketing, government contracting, or construction supply
Strong relationship-building skills
Professional presence with public officials
Understanding of Texas public procurement processes
Self-starter with strong follow-up discipline
