Role Description The Personal Banker role at KeyBank is a full-time, on-site position located in Bainbridge, OH. In this role, you will deliver personalized financial solutions by engaging with clients through assessing their financial goals, recommending appropriate banking products, and educating them on financial wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include opening new accounts, managing client relationships, conducting transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through cross‑selling and referrals while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals

Knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to cross‑sell effectively

Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting client relationships

Ability to problem‑solve and manage complex queries in a professional and efficient manner

Experience in financial services, retail banking, or a related customer‑facing role is a plus

Basic computer and technology proficiency for using banking systems and tools

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
