Role Summary The Asset Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day oversight and tracking of owned and rental medical device capital assets. This role ensures accurate SAP tracking, financial integrity, and operational visibility throughout the asset lifecycle — including deployment, preventive maintenance, return, refurbishment, and disposition.

Scope of Responsibility Executes established lifecycle processes Reviews and validates SAP asset transactions Manages lost/noncompliant device investigations Coordinates preventive maintenance and refurbishment flows Produces KPI reporting for leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering

Required Experience 7+ years in MedTech asset management, capital equipment operations, or healthcare finance Strong cross‑functional coordination skills Strong SAP experience required Advanced Excel required

Salaried/hourly roles: The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 USD annually (or hourly). The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
