Responsibilities
Assess clients' insurance needs related to property and casualty coverage
Develop and present customized insurance solutions to clients
Assist clients with the completion of applications and insurance documentation
Negotiate with underwriters to obtain coverage with favorable terms and pricing
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations affecting property and casualty insurance
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success
Requirements
Proven experience as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent or similar role
Active Property and Casualty insurance license in the appropriate state
Strong knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using insurance management software and CRM systems
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Willingness to stay current with industry developments and changes in regulations
