Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Hauppauge, NY for a Financial Advisor Trainee. The Financial Advisor Trainee will assist clients in developing personalized financial plans, offering guidance on investments, retirement planning, and overall financial strategies. This role involves analyzing financial information, conducting client consultations, and recommending tailored financial solutions. The trainee will receive training and mentorship, gaining the knowledge to become a licensed Financial Advisor.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Financial Planning and Finance
Familiarity with Retirement Planning and Investments
Interest in Financial Advisory and client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an on‑site team environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience or coursework in financial services is a plus
Motivation to learn and pursue relevant certification in finance
