We are seeking a hands‑on Loan IQ Specialist with strong accounting expertise to support a major Finance transformation initiative. This role sits within the Finance Change the Bank Group and will focus on the Finance implementation of Loan IQ, partnering closely with Product Control, Accounting, Treasury, Technology, Program Management, and Operations.
This is a highly visible role requiring deep Loan IQ experience, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to drive end‑to‑end testing, controls validation, and reporting enhancements within a target operating model.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Finance‑related implementation activities for Loan IQ
Define and support the Finance Target Operating Model
Gather and document detailed business requirements
Provide IT with Loan IQ data specifications for reporting development
Execute and validate end‑to‑end test cases with Finance stakeholders
Identify process gaps, risks, and control deficiencies, recommending solutions
Support production release activities
Streamline workflows and enhance reporting processes
Partner cross‑functionally across Finance, Technology, and Operations
Qualifications
7–10+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
5–7+ years of direct, hands‑on Loan IQ experience
Prior involvement in Loan IQ implementations required
Strong understanding of Loan IQ data elements and transaction workflows
Experience with test case creation and execution
Ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies within large programs
