We are looking for a recruiter who can independently source, screen, and place travel nursing and allied healthcare professionals.
What We Are Looking For
Travel nursing recruiting
Allied healthcare recruiting (therapy, imaging, or clinical specialties preferred)
High-volume candidate sourcing and placement execution
Pipeline management and submission-to-placement conversion
Credentialing and compliance awareness within travel healthcare staffing

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals
Maintain an active candidate pipeline
Submit qualified candidates for open assignments
Support credentialing and compliance documentation

A proven high producer in travel healthcare recruiting
Self-motivated and pipeline-driven
Comfortable working in a commission-based performance environment
Experienced in fast-paced staffing operations
Ethical, transparent, and detail-oriented
Required Experience
Minimum 2–5 years travel healthcare recruiting experience
Demonstrated history of placing travel nurses or allied healthcare professionals
Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance processes
Strong candidate relationship management skills
