private equity–backed company . They operate in a high-performance environment focused on operational excellence, strategic growth, and value creation. The Executive Recruiter will partner closely with senior leadership and the recruiting organization to attract and secure
top-tier mid-management and executive talent
including Managers, Directors, VP, SVP, and C‑suite leaders who can drive transformation, scale operations, and deliver measurable business results. This role requires a recruiter who combines
strategic talent advisory, market intelligence, and hands‑on search execution
to build a world‑class leadership team. Key Responsibilities
Executive Talent Acquisition
Lead end‑to‑end executive searches for
Managers, Directors, VP, SVP, and C‑suite roles
across the organization. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage
high‑performing candidates . Build and maintain strong pipelines of executive talent aligned with the company’s strategic growth priorities. Strategic Talent Partnering
Serve as a trusted advisor to
candidates
on career growth strategy. Conduct detailed intake sessions to understand
objectives, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit . Provide insights on
market compensation, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices . Evaluate candidates through structured interviews, competency assessments, and leadership capability reviews. Present highly qualified candidates with detailed evaluation summaries and recommendations. Coordinate executive interview processes and facilitate alignment among key stakeholders. Conduct proactive
industry mapping
to identify emerging leaders and top performers across relevant markets. Maintain ongoing relationships with executives and passive candidates. Track industry trends, talent movement, and compensation benchmarks. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Deliver a
high‑touch executive candidate experience
from initial outreach through offer negotiation. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism throughout the search process.
