
Analog Layout Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Analog Layout Engineer to contribute to the development of high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. This role involves close collaboration with circuit designers and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready silicon solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor layout engineers in delivering complex analog and mixed-signal blocks with precision and quality
Partner with design and program teams to translate technical requirements into optimized physical layouts
Make strategic decisions related to floorplanning and layout methodologies
Ensure layouts comply with process rules, reliability standards, and project specifications
Conduct detailed reviews and sign off on layouts prior to tape-out
Stay current with evolving semiconductor technologies, tools, and best practices
Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and project updates as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC layout
Hands-on experience with deep submicron CMOS technologies and exposure to advanced process nodes
Strong working knowledge of tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre (DRC/LVS), and related verification platforms
Solid grasp of analog layout techniques including matching, shielding, symmetry, and parasitic management
