Role Description This is a full-time field based role based in Boca Raton/Broward County, Florida. The Home Healthcare Consultant, Sales will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to drive new business. Key tasks include identifying potential clients, educating prospects on the services Caring People offers, conducting client assessments, and marketing Home Healthcare services to the growing elder population. The consultant will collaborate closely with the care team to ensure the delivery of effective and compassionate home healthcare services.
Qualifications
Strong sales aptitude and ability to build relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Proficiency in client needs assessment and care plan development
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Experience with customer service and resolving client concerns
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with the home healthcare industry or related medical fields is a plus
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable professional experience is preferred
Compensation
Competitive base Salary, Commissions, and travel stipend/car allowance.
