Overview MSH has partnered and is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. As an Acquisitions Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners looking to sell their properties, guiding them through the full acquisition process from initial conversation through closing.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with clear performance goals, strong earning potential, and the opportunity for accelerated growth within your first year.
What You’ll Get You will gain hands‑on exposure to real estate investing and acquisitions in a high-growth environment. You will work alongside experienced teams that provide training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities You will build strong relationships with motivated home sellers by understanding their needs and delivering a high-quality client experience. You will evaluate properties, analyze market data, and make competitive offers while managing transactions through closing. You will actively manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads and cultivate relationships within your local real estate network. You will negotiate pricing and terms to create win‑win outcomes and close deals efficiently. You will conduct property site visits and in‑person meetings to assess value, repairs, and offer structure. You will collaborate closely with title, legal, construction, and operations teams to move transactions forward.
Qualifications You bring 4 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a performance-based environment. You are self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven, with strong ownership over your work and outcomes. You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and are comfortable building rapport and closing deals. You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools. You are flexible and willing to meet clients during evenings or weekends when needed.
