Title Processor Responsibilities
Opening of new orders and ordering of relevant searches.
Review documents for completeness and follow up for any missing information.
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
Electronic and manual recording of documents.
Ability to lead special project assignments.
Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Administrative Experience : At least 1–2 years in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the real estate or legal industry
Real Estate or Title Processing Knowledge: Familiarity with title processing, escrow procedures, and real estate documentation is not required, but is highly advantageous
Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with staff and clients.
Must be detail and customer service oriented.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.

Pay $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (based on experience)
