Role Description This is a full-time Mortgage Loan Processor role based on-site in West Palm Beach, FL. The Mortgage Loan Processor will manage the loan process by preparing, reviewing, and verifying the documentation necessary for loan approval. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with loan officers, evaluating loan applications, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and communicating with underwriters. The individual will also monitor loan progress and maintain accurate and organized records to facilitate timely loan closings that support NVR's operations.

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Knowledge and experience in Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Loan Processing

Familiarity with Underwriting processes and basic understanding of Loans

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy

Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders

Proficiency in utilizing loan processing software and MS Office Suite

Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred but not required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to compliance standards
