Must have experience in Aerospace Defense Landscape and regulatory framework.
Functional Knowledge on Airline Industry application and Airworthiness quality checks.
Knowledge on FMD reporting is a regulatory requirement per FAA Aviation rules.
Functional Consultant with hands‑on experience enabling end‑to‑end traceability across product lifecycle data.
Proven ability to translate engineering and business requirements into robust digital solutions, working closely with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, IT).
Focused on improving data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance, supporting SQDC priorities with measurable delivery and quality improvements.
Experience to write queries for database testing (Oracle, Postgres).
Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban).

Identify, document, and track software requirements, defects, etc.
Continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness processes.
Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Problem‑Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management.

Project Management Skills: Planning, executing, and managing Kronos implementations and upgrades.
Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
