We’re looking for Associate, CIO office for US Real Estate to:

Lead the day-to-day operation of the CIO’s office, managing priorities, calendar, travel, communications, briefings and follow ups to ensure focus on high impact investment and leadership decisions

Coordinate investment meetings, ensuring effective preparation, clear decisions and consistent follow up across teams

Support cross‑functional initiatives, maintaining project plans and trackers, preparing presentations and dashboards for leadership forums, and providing data and research support

Manage the day-to-day operations of the investment office, maintaining information and filing standards, supporting budget and invoice processes, and preparing materials for business reviews and governance forums

Serve as a key liaison for the CIO, coordinating communication and information flow across stakeholders, partnering with internal functions and external parties, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion

Support investment governance and compliance, ensuring accurate documentation, approvals and timely submissions

The expected salary range for this role is $105000 to $130000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

Your team The role provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the US Direct Real Estate platform. The position ensures the CIO’s office runs efficiently by managing day‑to‑day priorities, coordinating investment‑related activities, and serving as a central point of contact across internal teams and external partners. You’ll work closely with the US Real Estate investment leadership team, supporting the Chief Investment Officer and partnering with colleagues in research, analytics and portfolio management. This role is based in our New York office and is intended to be performed on a predominantly full‑time, in‑office basis.

Your expertise

Ideally 5+ years of experience in executive support, administrative roles, or project coordination, or project management

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Strong experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced business environment

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Experience coordinating meetings, projects or business initiatives

Confidence working with standard business tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
