is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Processor to manage all aspects of new and renewal Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional with experience in policy processing, underwriting support, client service, and insurance account management.

To thrive as the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Processor, you should have:

Associate degree or equivalent education and 1–3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, insurance processing, account management, underwriting support, or customer service within an independent insurance agency environment.

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required with commitment to continuing education (CE); preferred additional certifications such as CISR or ACSR, and experience with multi-state compliance and carrier guidelines.

Solid technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applied experience with agency management systems (TAMS preferred), insurance CRM platforms, carrier rating/quoting systems, policy administration, endorsements, renewals, and insurance accounting workflows.

Solid written and verbal communication skills in English required; bilingual (Spanish preferred) a plus; ability and willingness to travel locally as needed to support client relationships, carrier meetings, sales initiatives, and business operations.

Your responsibilities as the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Processor will include:

Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements while ensuring accurate policy documentation and compliance.

Review carrier reports, monitor policy status, and maintain precise records within the agency management system (TAMS).

Prepare and deliver renewal quotes, coverage comparisons, and premium invoices to support retention and cross‑selling opportunities.

Serve as primary liaison between clients, carriers, mortgage companies, and underwriters to coordinate policy updates and resolve discrepancies.

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with coverage questions, basic claims inquiries, payment processing, and account servicing.
