Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Mortgage Loan Officer/Branch Manager, you will oversee the mortgage loan process, guide and manage loan officers, build client relationships, and ensure a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include leading the branch to achieve sales and service goals, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and managing loan underwriting processes while delivering tailored mortgage solutions to clients. Qualifications
Proven expertise in Mortgage Lending, including loan processing and underwriting Experience in the Mortgage Industry and working as Loan Officers Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients Effective communication, leadership, and team management abilities Familiarity with applicable state and federal mortgage regulations A strong track record of sales and meeting branch performance goals Relevant licenses and compliance with state and federal licensing requirements Experience managing a team or branch is an advantage
