KB Valuations (kbvaluations.com) is a local Tampa company, owned by experienced appraisers. Our goal is to provide stellar customer service while developing accurate valuations of a variety of residential property types.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Florida Registered Trainees are welcome to apply. Must currently Reside in the Tampa / St Pete area.
The position is located in the Greater Tampa area, most ideally in the St. Petersburg/Pinellas area, or closer to Bradenton, or Palmetto. The appraiser will conduct on-site property inspections, then research and analyze property data and prepare detailed appraisal reports from a remote or home office location.
Qualifications
At a minimum must have completed Florida's pre-licensing courses and have a valid state registration.
Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and property values
Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently
Current Appraisal Certification or Registration in the state of Florida is required
If State Registered, you must have the college degree required to advance to Certified
Familiarity with appraisal software and industry tools is a plus
On-site and virtual training will be provided
Qualifications Must be a Certified General, Certified Residential or State Registered Trainee currently residing in the Tampa, St Pete, Sarasota area.
