Sales Representative, Major Accounts .

In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 – 999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP is here to support you and your goals with continuous sales training and the latest technology to set you up for success as you manage your book of business.

You’ll spend most of your time selling in the field. You will also document and manage multiple sales cycles, sticking with the process through implementation until your new business is up and running. Required A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:

Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience.

Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.

Military experience – skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a "never lose" mentality will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short‑ and Long‑Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $56,100.00 – USD $121,500.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
