$150,000

plus

20% annual bonus

A growing real estate investment company is seeking a

Senior Real Estate Analyst – Capital Markets

to support the financing strategy across a large residential real estate portfolio. This role will work closely with senior leadership and lending partners to support debt transactions, refinancing initiatives, capital markets analysis, and ongoing loan portfolio management. The ideal candidate will bring experience in

commercial real estate finance, lending, or capital markets , with exposure to refinancing transactions, lender communications, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of

refinancing and debt placement transactions

across the real estate portfolio Participate in

lender calls and discussions

related to financing strategies, loan terms, and refinancing opportunities Maintain and manage

loan data, capital stack information, and financing documentation Perform

capital markets analysis and financial modeling

to evaluate financing structures and opportunities Assist with preparation of

investment committee and lender presentation materials Monitor

loan covenants, reporting requirements, and debt maturity schedules Work cross-functionally with internal teams including

asset management, finance, and executive leadership Qualifications

Approximately

4–6 years of experience

in commercial real estate finance, lending, or capital markets Experience participating in

bank or lender discussions related to refinancing or debt transactions Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience maintaining

loan data, financial reports, and capital markets analysis Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field Ideal Candidate Background

Candidates may come from backgrounds such as: Multifamily or residential real estate finance Debt capital markets or loan underwriting Experience working with lenders supporting

commercial real estate or multifamily portfolios

is highly valued.
