Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist located in Gainesville, FL. The Leasing Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing resident retention strategies, executing lease agreements and renewals, and delivering excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. Additional responsibilities include facilitating property tours, processing lease applications, and addressing resident inquiries professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with residents and supporting the leasing goals of the property.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Resident Retention, including building and maintaining strong tenant relationships
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address resident concerns and inquiries effectively
Experience in Lease Administration, including reviewing and processing leases accurately
Knowledge of leasing processes and ability to manage leases for residential properties
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in property management software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management are a bonus
