Investment Banking Analyst - Americas Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure

Responsibilities
Evaluate companies for real estate transactions working across public REITs, private platforms, and financial sponsors.
Get involved in the execution of live real estate deals including M&A, public and private capital raising, and lending/debt capital markets.
Participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises.
Conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials.
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated interest/experience in financial markets and a detail‑oriented problem‑solving approach.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Passion for the real‑estate sector.

Compensation Salary: $110,000 to $117,500 (NY) – based on experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. The role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
