6+ months to significant tenure as a licensed real estate agent (required)
Strong face-to-face client facing experience
Full-time availability
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with basic technology tools (CRM, Microsoft Office, social media)
Open to coaching and growth opportunities
