Pilates Addiction is launching a premium Pilates studio in Dr. Phillips and we’re looking for a
driven Sales Leader
to build our membership base and lead revenue growth from day one.
This is not a desk job.
This is a front-line, goal-crushing leadership role.
What You'll Do
Drive presale and ongoing membership sales
Personally close high-value prospects
Track and improve KPIs (conversion, retention, referrals)
Lead daily sales huddles and coach the team to exceed targets
Build local partnerships to generate consistent lead flow
Deliver a premium member experience that fuels retention
Who You Are
2+ years in sales, fitness, or membership-based leadership
Proven history of exceeding revenue goals
Confident closer who thrives in performance environments
Energetic, competitive, and highly accountable
Excited to help build something from the ground up
Boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or high-ticket sales experience strongly preferred.
Compensation On-Target Earnings: $75,000 – $95,000+
(Competitive base + aggressive performance bonuses tied to revenue and growth.)
Top performers can exceed OTE.
