Linkage Marketing Coordinator
to join their Sales & Marketing team.
Hourly Rate $16.00
Pay $16 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach Worksite in 2024 was between $34,796 and $127,018. (UNCAPPED commission & bonuses!)
Schedule Hours range from 7am to 8pm (shifts are typically 7am‑1:30pm and 1:30pm‑8pm), rotating shifts, 5 days per week, must be flexible/open to working on weekends. Subject to business needs.
Sign‑On Bonus
Up to $2,000 potential.
$1,000 paid after 45 days; $1,000 paid after six months of employment (with 1 year timeshare experience).
Up to $1,000 potential with no timeshare experience: $500 paid after 45 days; $500 paid after six months of employment.

Typical Day / Responsibilities
Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
Providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Ensuring that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
Using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.
Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
