Endurance IT Services has a client in Ashland, Virginia, seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager with a hunter mindset to drive new business and deliver innovative solutions on behalf of the business. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new sales opportunities across corporate, education, and government sectors as pertains to design and technology needs
Manage end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, while exceeding growth targets.
Serve as the primary client contact, fostering long-term relationships and guiding projects through design and delivery.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide consultative expertise.
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably A/V or other technology solutions.
Proven ability to open new doors and close complex deals.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with A/V products and integration approaches.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
