
Event Sales Coordinator

KAP7 International, the leading provider of water polo equipment worldwide, is seeking a part‑time Event Sales Representative to support sales at water polo tournaments throughout Southern California.
This role is ideal for someone with water polo experience and strong sales skills who enjoys engaging with athletes, coaches, and families at events. The Event Sales Representative will manage on‑site product sales, represent the KAP7 brand, and help create a positive customer experience at tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and break down the KAP7 event booth and sales display
Sell KAP7 products including balls, caps, accessories, and equipment
Provide knowledgeable product recommendations to athletes, coaches, and parents
Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions
Manage event inventory and ensure products are displayed professionally
Drive the KAP7 company van to and from tournament locations
Represent the KAP7 brand in a professional, positive, and personable manner
Schedule
Part‑time
Typically 1–2 tournaments per month
Availability required on Fridays and weekends
Compensation
Hourly pay or commission‑based compensationOpportunity to earn additional income based on event sales performance
Requirements
Familiarity with water polo equipment and the water polo community
Strong sales and customer service skills
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive the KAP7 company van
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently at events
Preferred Background
Former or current water polo player or parent
Experience working at sporting events or tournaments
Retail or sales experience
