Junior Sales Manager
who is eager to develop a career in technical sales within the agrotextiles industry.
Your role As Junior Sales Manager, you will contribute to the commercial growth of the company’s agrotextile solutions across your assigned region. You will work closely with distributors, growers and agricultural professionals, helping them select the right solutions for their crops and farming conditions.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining relationships with agricultural distributors and professional growers
Identifying new opportunities in the agricultural and horticultural sectors
Advising customers on the application and benefits of agrotextile solutions
Supporting distributors with product training and market development
Monitoring market trends and crop developments in your region
Visiting customers, distributors and agricultural events
Your profile We are looking for a motivated and technically curious professional with a passion for agriculture and commercial development.
You ideally bring:
A
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Agriculture, Agronomy, Bio-engineering, Agricultural Technology or a related field
0–3 years of experience
in a technical or commercial role within agriculture, horticulture or agri-supplies
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Fluency in
English
and
French
Willingness to travel within your region and visit farms or distributors
