We are hiring a

VP of Sales

to lead enterprise adoption of a

FDA-cleared digital medicine platform

for

neurological care . The platform:

Continuously monitors patient symptoms via wearable devices

Delivers AI-powered patient coaching

Provides clinicians with between-visit intelligence

Already deployed in leading Centers of Excellence and major health systems, the platform has demonstrated outcomes:

90%+ patient retention at one year

Significant improvements in medication adherence and exercise

This is a

hands-on, deal-closing role , not a team-building role (yet). The right candidate will own the full sales cycle, navigate complex hospital procurement processes, and close enterprise partnerships with neurology programs and health system leadership.

What You’ll Do Own Enterprise Health System Sales

Manage full sales cycle from clinical champion to signed contract and go-live

Convert qualified inbound demand into closed deals

Engage CMO, CMIO, CFO, Neurology Chairs, Innovation leaders, and IT security teams

Manage procurement, legal, value analysis, and compliance reviews

Industry Representation

Represent the company at:

Neurology conferences

Health IT events

Executive briefings with health systems

What We’re Looking For Enterprise Healthcare Sales Experience

8+ years selling AI clinical workflow, SaaS, digital health, or healthcare technology

Experience selling to health systems, IDNs, and academic medical centers

Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals

Existing relationships with neurology department chairs, movement disorder specialists, and Centers of Excellence

Familiarity with reimbursement pathways: PCM, APCM, RPM/RTM, Chronic Care Management

Experience transitioning from medical device sales to SaaS

Need to be based in San Francisco, Bay Area, California or Chicago Illinois.
