Position Overview
The Membership Advisor is responsible for driving membership growth by building relationships with prospective members and guiding them through the club experience. This role focuses on converting qualified leads through tours, consultations, and consistent follow up while representing the club’s culture and standards. The Membership Advisor plays a key role in expanding the club’s community while delivering a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new membership sales through tours, consultations, referrals, and community outreach
Conduct professional club tours that clearly communicate the value of the club, programming, and member experience
Convert prospects into members through consultative sales conversations
Maintain consistent follow up with leads, guest passes, and membership inquiries
Maintain an active presence on the club floor to connect with prospects and members
Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to create referral opportunities
Track leads, tours, and sales activity within Hubspot
Maintain accurate pipeline management and follow up schedules
Collaborate with club leadership and marketing on membership campaigns and promotions
Support strong member onboarding by helping new members feel welcomed and connected to the club
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred, ideally in fitness, hospitality, luxury service, or membership based environments
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Comfortable presenting the club experience and closing membership agreements
Organized and disciplined with follow up and CRM usage
Self motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
Professional presence and high level of customer service
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Monthly performance bonuses

Schedule
Monday through Friday with some weekend availability required
