Southwestern Advantage is looking for motivated college students from all majors for a paid summer internship focused on personal and professional growth in sales, leadership, and marketing.
Through hands-on experience, interns learn communication, goal-setting, and time-management skills while presenting educational resources to families. Participants receive mentorship and optional university credit through participating schools.
What You’ll Gain

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and coachable.
Authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.
Compensation: Performance-based pay structure with earnings directly tied to results. Interns have the opportunity to earn income through product sales and incentives.
