We’re looking for a motivated
Sales Coach
to support, train, and elevate our team of sales agents. In this role, you’ll be hands‑on—coaching reps, promoting top performers, and driving daily improvement across the floor.
Pay:
$25/hour + Commissions
Schedule:
Full-time
What You’ll Do:
Coach sales reps daily to improve performance and communication
Run roleplays and training sessions to develop closing skills
Monitor sales calls and provide direct feedback
Track key metrics and identify coaching opportunities
Promote a culture of energy, professionalism, and results
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a sales or call center environment (team lead or coaching role preferred)
Clear, confident communicator with leadership qualities
Driven, energetic, and excited to grow people
Comfortable giving feedback and pushing for excellence
