Commission Based | Independent Sales Representative Job Overview
Amazing Iron Works is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to help grow our residential and commercial ironwork projects throughout Las Vegas and surrounding areas. This is a commission based opportunity ideal for someone with experience in construction sales, metal fabrication, gates, fencing, or related industries. In addition to generating their own leads, our company receives inbound appointment requests from homeowners and contractors that will be distributed among our sales representatives. Responsibilities
Generate new leads and sales opportunities Meet with homeowners, contractors, and builders to discuss project needs Attend inbound appointments assigned by the office Promote Amazing Iron Works services including gates, fencing, railings, and custom metal fabrication Assist clients with project ideas and basic scope discussions Coordinate with our office team for estimates and project scheduling Build and maintain strong client relationships Follow up on leads and potential projects Compensation
Commission based pay per project sold High earning potential based on project value and volume Qualifications
Experience in construction, gates, fencing, ironwork, or related trades is strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Self motivated and able to work independently Ability to generate leads and build relationships Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Work With Us
