Five Star Bath Solutions is a high-growth, nationally recognized brand that specializes in no hassle bathroom remodeling services. We are expanding in the Central and Southern Illinois markets and are looking for an ambitious Home Improvement Sales Representative (confirmed appointments provided). In-home sales experience such as Solar, Gutters, Windows and Doors, Bathrooms, and similar areas are highly preferred. If you are looking for opportunity, excitement, freedom, and a great income, you have found the answer for your future -- you just need to be high-energy, results-driven and ready to take charge of in-home design consultations and sales.
Expectations
Personally selling in the home, providing company, product and process information and estimates.
Applying a proven design and sales closing approach, offering solutions to customers' issues and objections.
Maintaining weekly, monthly and annual quotas.
Using software tools and completing paperwork to support the sales process, including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information.
Pre-qualified leads and confirmed appointments / no cold calling.
A strong, professional, persuasive iPad presentation.
Initial paid training on our specialty products, our process, and our sales system.
Ongoing free training.
Strong earning potential with a growing bathroom remodeling company.
What You’ll Do
Sell directly to homeowners – Lead by example and be the top producer
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team
Execute a proven sales system – No guesswork, just results
Drive accountability and push your team to hit revenue goals
Earn commissions on your sales + overrides on team performance
What We’re Looking For
A professional attitude with drive to learn and improve
1-3 years of in-home sales experience with a proven track record of success
Strong communication skills
Ability to quickly develop client trust and relationships
An outgoing, results-driven personality
Ability to close deals using proven tools and solutions
High school diploma or GED or better
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Willingness to travel to locations within a reasonable geographic subset of the broader region being all of Central and Southern IL
Ability to meet periodically (e.g. quarterly) at headquarters in Springfield IL
Ability to pass a background check
