This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in South Plainfield, NJ. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing and expanding customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also provide training and support to clients to enhance their understanding of products and services. Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Sales expertise, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals, with a focus on revenue generation. Proficiency in Sales Management and Training to guide clients through product utilization and improve their experience. Proven ability to set and achieve targets and work collaboratively with internal teams to drive business growth. Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer challenges. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in packaging, machinery, or a related industry is a plus.
