Inside Sales Manager
to join our expanding sales team. This is a
high-energy, revenue-generating role
focused on
high-volume outbound calls
and multi-channel engagement to connect with decision-makers, build relationships, and win new business. Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted prospects. Execute outreach campaigns via phone, email, and SMS. Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to connect with prospects. Track and manage leads in systems such as HubSpot, Go High Level, Zapier, etc. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth hand-off of qualified leads. Stay informed on staffing industry trends to position Diverse Staffing as the preferred partner. Qualifications
4+ years inside sales or outbound calling experience (staffing industry a plus). Proven track record in a goal-driven sales environment. Familiarity with CRM and outreach automation tools. Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence. Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting. Base Salary:
Up to
$95K
(based on experience) Performance Incentives:
