Job Description Vuori is seekingaSeniorSalesOperationsCoordinatorsupporting ourinternationalaccountswhowill play a criticalroleinensuring the efficiency,effectiveness,and accuracy of ourdailysales operationsprocesses.In thisroleyou willoverseetheday-to-dayoperationalprocedures,maintaininga clean order book, focusing on delivery dates aligning with inbound purchase orders,shipping on timeand order fill rates. Collaborating withcross-functionalbusinesspartnersto drive process improvementswith Planning, Logistics, ARand multiple third-partywarehousesto ensurewe are providingbest-in-class service to ourinternationalwholesale customers.
What you'll get to do:
Manage all aspects of the order book relating totheInternational Franchise and Wholesale accounts
Partner withInternational sales teamtofacilitateseasonalsellin deadlines
Maintain order book integrity, ensuring correctshipping dates,pricing, sizing, colors etc. are on order
Review order book toinboundPOstoidentifygaps in productionafterPOsare placed; partner withplanning and ID&Ato mitigate any risk to order fulfillment
Performmonthlyinventory coverage analysis, collaborate with Planning and ID&A to secure inventory whennecessary
Reviewcompliance manualsfor both new and existing accounts to verifyaccurateimplementationand adherenceCollaborate to build andmaintaincompliance manuals adhering to partner incoterms and unique regional regulations
Work withMicroStrategy team to develop dashboardsrepresentinginternationalbusiness.
Track shipping to forecastand KPI’sforInternationalaccountson a weekly, monthly,quarterly; shareresults toleadership
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with 3PLwarehousepartners to ensurehigh levelof service and compliance
Work productively within cross functional teams to create a cohesive communication flow between Sales, Allocation,Planning,Shipping,and Finance
Lead process improvement initiatives that support scalability and international expansion
Collaborate with Sales to execute promo orders to prospective accounts to drive future business growth
Manage and orderbookin accordancewithmultiple assortments across the retail and wholesale calendars
Proactively buildseasonalshipping schedules with partners
Qualifications Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
3-5 yearsproven experience in sales operations
Able to work effectively in a fast-past environment withcross-functionalteams.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Recognize and recommend process improvement
Ability tosolve problemsindependently
Basic understanding of and working knowledge of EDI functions
Data driven and proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in excel
D365 F&O ERP experience preferred
