Job Description We are seeking a driven

Door-to-Door Salesperson

to become the face of our team! In this role, you won't be stuck behind a desk—you will be out in the field, managing your own territory, and bringing best-in-class AT&T fiber and wireless solutions directly to residential customers. If you are a people person with a hunter mentality and the drive to write your own paycheck, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Management:

Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods (door-to-door) to generate new leads and identify potential customers.

Consultative Selling:

Convey complex product and service details to consumers in-person, acting as a true brand ambassador for AT&T.

Closing the Deal:

Understand clients' specific needs through consultation to provide the best solutions (Internet, TV, Mobile) and close the sale on the spot.

Customer Experience:

Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction, ensuring every homeowner feels valued and heard.

Goal Achievement:

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas to maximize your commission potential.

Marketing:

Leverage field marketing techniques to build a local pipeline and follow up on leads.

Qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred, but we are willing to train the right personality.

Resilience:

Must possess a positive, professional demeanor and the "thick skin" required to handle rejection and keep moving forward.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport with clients at their doorstep.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.

Drive:

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and control your own income.
