Doctor of Physical Therapy
High Desert Osteopractic Physical Therapy, Pocatello, ID, United States
High Desert Osteopractic Physical Therapy
Southeast Idaho
You didn’t become a pelvic floor therapist to rush patients through 15‑minute visits.
You chose this specialty because it matters. Because it changes lives. Because women, men, and postpartum moms deserve to be heard, treated with dignity, and cared for by someone who truly understands the complexity of pelvic health.
We’re looking for the right Pelvic Floor DPT to join our team at High Desert Osteopractic Physical Therapy. Not just someone to fill a schedule, but someone who wants to build something meaningful.
Why Our Clinic Is Different PT‑Owned & Operated
Our clinic is owned by a practicing physical therapist who still treats patients every week. Decisions are made by clinicians, not corporate administrators. We understand documentation time, patient load, and what it actually takes to deliver excellent care.
A Space That Feels Good to Work In Our clinic is big, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Natural light, beautiful treatment spaces, and private areas appropriate for pelvic health care. It doesn’t feel clinical and cold, it feels professional and welcoming.
An Exceptional Team We know everyone says this. But we’ve built a culture intentionally. Collaborative. Supportive. Growth‑oriented. No egos. No drama. Just people who genuinely care about their patients and each other.
A Community That Values What We Do We’ve proudly been voted Eastern Idaho’s Best Physical Therapy Clinic multiple years in a row. Our community trusts us and there is a growing need for high‑quality pelvic floor services in our region.
About Southeast Idaho We’re located in Southeast Idaho where your free time can include hiking, skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, paddleboarding, camping, and national parks within driving distance.
If you love the outdoors and want space, beauty, and adventure outside of work, this is it.
The Role We are looking for a Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized training or strong interest in pelvic health to:
Evaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunction (pre/postpartum, incontinence, pelvic pain, post‑surgical, etc.)
Develop individualized treatment plans
Educate and empower patients
Collaborate with referring providers and our internal team
Help grow and shape our pelvic health program
Mentorship available for the right candidate who is passionate and motivated to grow in this specialty.
What We Offer
Competitive salary (based on experience)
Performance bonus opportunities
Continuing education support
Autonomy in treatment approach
A clinic that prioritizes quality over volume
The opportunity to build and expand a pelvic health program with full support
Who You Are
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Idaho
Passionate about pelvic health
Confident but humble
Growth‑minded
Someone who values team culture and patient connection
We’re not looking for “just another hire.”
We’re looking for someone who wants to build a career here.
If you’re interested, send your resume and a short note telling us why pelvic health matters to you. We’d love to hear your story.
