Video Editor Intern (Unpaid)

We’re seeking a Video Editor Intern to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who wants real-world experience in digital marketing and video production, and who has a strong eye for editing social-first content. You’ll work on both internal projects and client-facing deliverables, editing videos that are used in marketing campaigns, social media content, online courses, and more.

Responsibilities Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and occasional long-form content (YouTube videos, podcast clips, course content)

Customize each edit to match brand tone, pacing, and audience needs

Add subtitles, music, motion graphics, and transitions in line with modern social trends

Collaborate with our team to review footage, offer creative input, and deliver polished videos on deadline

Organize and manage video assets, keeping track of multiple versions and formats

Keep up with social video trends and recommend fresh, creative ideas

Qualifications Ideal Candidate:

Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar

Understands basic editing techniques, audio syncing, and color correction

Has a strong sense of storytelling, visual rhythm, and what works on social media

Self-starter with good time management and communication skills

Excited to work in a marketing context and learn about brand-building through video

Bonus: experience with motion graphics, social media marketing, or agency-style workflows
