Job Details

Conduct pre‑claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents

File documents with the court and ensure compliance with deadlines and court rules

Manage calendars, hearings, deadlines, and case logistics

Maintain organized pleadings and discovery indexes

Organize and prepare exhibits, evidence, briefs, and trial materials

Assist attorneys with interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery

Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and third parties

Support attorneys with trial preparation, including voir dire, witness preparation, and trial logistics

Assist with settlement preparation and case resolution

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience

Strong working knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, motions, and court rules

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and follow‑through

Proficiency with legal software, databases, and Microsoft Office

Paralegal Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
