We are seeking a driven
Surgical Sales Representative
to manage and grow a defined territory through strong clinical relationships, in-OR support, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key accounts to drive territory growth
Promote advanced surgical technologies and support adoption through case coverage, in-servicing, and product evaluations
Attend surgical cases and provide hands‑on clinical support in the operating room
Identify and report market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to support business strategy and product development
Address customer questions, complaints, and returns in accordance with company policies
Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including competitive insights and territory activity
Participate in national, regional, and local trade shows, as well as educational events
Support cadaver labs, animal labs, and training courses as needed
Qualifications
2–3 years of surgical or medical device sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel daily within the territory and overnight as needed for meetings and events
Willingness and ability to maintain required certifications for operating room access
