We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Finance Intern to support trade show logistics, marketing collateral creation, and finance reporting activities. This role combines event coordination, basic graphic design, and hands‑on financial tracking. It is well‑suited for an undergraduate student seeking practical experience across marketing, event management, and finance planning and operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and logistics for trade shows, including vendor coordination and material preparation.
Create or update marketing collateral & visual assets using design tools.
Assist with preparing regular finance reports, budget trackers, and basic analysis summaries.
Assist with converting MS Excel reports into MS PowerPoint slides for executive reporting.
Help manage expense reports, including collection, review, and reconciliation of supporting documents.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Creative eye for design with the ability to follow brand guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
Undergraduate student looking for a summer internship with experience and proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity and interest in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Interest in photography is also a plus.
Desired Experience Level
Prior exposure to marketing, event planning, or finance/operations (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic understanding of financial reporting concepts is a plus.
