Responsibilities
Proactively contact account holders 60+ days past due via phone, email, and written correspondence to drive timely payment resolution.
Negotiate and document payment arrangements accurately, escalating unresolved accounts to management or third-party agencies when necessary.
Monitor AR aging and cash receipt reports to identify delinquency trends and prioritize collection efforts.
Maintain detailed account notes, payment promises, and follow-up schedules in NetSuite, ensuring accurate status updates.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing disputes while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
