Internet Sales Representatives (BDC / Appointment Setters)
to support our dealerships across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, comfortable multitasking, and motivated by performance-based earnings. Many team members use this position as a
launch point into automotive sales and leadership roles .
Compensation: $17/hour base pay plus performance-based bonuses
Bonus opportunities tied to appointments and results
Daily Pay available
Schedule
Schedule includes evenings and rotating weekends
Flexibility provided with advance scheduling
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with customers actively shopping for a vehicle
Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments with detailed and accurate notes
Build rapport and develop relationships over phone, text, and email
Apply proven sales techniques and scripts to move customers toward appointments
Follow up with customers who missed appointments to re-engage and regain commitment
Take initiative, stay organized, and consistently manage multiple screens and tasks simultaneously

Persuasive and confident conversational ability
Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and basic software tools
Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication

Adaptable, coachable, and open to continuous improvement
Creative problem-solver with a positive attitude
