Summary:
Monarch Automation is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a dependable, motivated, and customer‑focused professional to join our Inside Sales team.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer inquiries related to pricing, lead times, expediting, literature, and technical data sheets.
Process customer orders and quotation requests through the ERP system.
Create and maintain customer quotations.
Process and expedite customer orders and verify confirmations.
Fulfill requests for product literature, samples, and technical documentation.
Communicate opportunities to the outside sales team.
Create purchase orders for drop shipments, rush orders, and special orders through vendor websites.
Maintain filing, documentation, and database records.
Assist in resolving AR/AP discrepancies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Customer service experience with a positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
Prior experience with the Prophet 21 ERP system preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on‑site)
