Parts Counterperson

Prior parts department experience is
not required , but candidates should be knowledgeable about
automotive parts and service
and willing to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts lookup and ordering
Identify correct parts accurately and efficiently
Receive and stock inventory
Maintain organization within the parts department
Support the service team with timely parts availability
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Qualifications
Knowledge of automotive parts and service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dealership or Ford experience is a plus, but not required
